- Collateral: Multi-Family Apartment Buildings (5+ Units); Mixed-Use Properties (Residential Space Must Represent 70%+ of the Property’s Total Square Footage).
- Term: 12 – 18 Months (Extended Terms Available).
- Loan Amount: $500k – $20M.
- FICO: 660 Minimum.
LTV:
- Purchase: 100% of the As-Is Value.
- Refinance: 100% of the As-Is Value.
- Cash-Out: 100% of the As-Is Value.
Fix & Flip:
- Purchase: 100% of the Purchase Price + 100% of Renovation Costs.
- Refinance: 100% of the As-Is Value + 100% of Renovation Costs.
- Cash-Out: 100% of the As-Is Value + 100% of Renovation Costs.
LONG TERM:
- Collateral: Multi-Family Apartment Buildings (5-9 Units).
- Term: 30-Years (Amortization Options Available).
- Loan Amount: $500k – $20M.
- FICO: 620 Minimum.
LTV:
- Purchase: Up to 100% of the As-Is Value.
- Refinance: Up to 100% of the As-Is Value.
- Cash-Out: Up to 100% of the As-Is Value.

Provide the supporting required documents through our online portal, or email them to us, for our underwriting process. We will quickly turn around a commitment to you.
Step 3
Document Review
We will review the title commitment, appraisal, and all other documents so that your final loan documents can be produced.
Step 4
Closing
Once the closing has been executed, we will disburse the funds. Our average closing timeframe is 7 days
